NOTICE AS TO PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance No. 2238 – An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Golden, Colorado, enacting a new Section 8.04.570 of Article V of Title 8 of the Golden Municipal Code regarding the prohibition of hunting within city limits. Notice is hereby given that the proposed ordinance was introduced and read before the City Council of the City of Golden at a regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of April, 2024, and ordered by said City Council to be published as the law provides, and that a public hearing is declared for the 14th day of May, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 911 10th Street, Golden. The agenda for the meeting will be posted by end of business day on Thursday, May 9, 2024, on the city’s website, www.cityofgolden.net/agenda and will provide information on public participation and how to provide public comment.(Publication date: April 29, 2024)
